Where are you located?

Starting in October there will be two locations: Kent and Black Diamond

When picking your location please select the location listed by my name. ​

Example:

Rogelynn Cariaso- Kent (Kent location)

Rogelynn Cariaso- Black Diamond (Black Diamond location)

​Kent is located on a private property not in a business area.

Apple maps take you to a gravel road please do not go through that road but go into the street of 114th Ave Se/ Dead End. 

 

Black Diamond is located right next Lake Sawyer Grocery store

Do you accept insurance?

We are considered out-of-network for medical insurance.

Do you accept HSA/FSA payment?

Yes

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations with 24+ Hours' Notice: No charge.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, will be charged the full payment (100%) of the scheduled service fee
